Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub (MBRAH) by Dubai South is Dubai’s aerospace platform dedicated to advancing the aerospace industry. Strategically located at the doorstep of Al Maktoum International Airport, MBRAH is home to an infrastructure catering to a diverse aviation ecosystem. MBRAH comprises four key verticals: Business Aviation, MRO, Education and Training, and Offices & Retail.

Currently, we have five FBOs operating at MBRAH in Dubai South, three of which are in The VIP Terminal, while the other two provide services from their own facilities within MBRAH. The infrastructure and lounge facilities at MBRAH are well-equipped and adequate for the current operational requirements. Consequently, we actively engage with FBOs to bolster our dynamic ecosystem. At The VIP Terminal, we offer private jet owners a variety of customisable options, from a dedicated fuel farm with a 20-minute response time to dedicated catering options, maintenance facilities, several aircraft hangars, and helicopter shuttle services.

MBRAH offers a variety of airside and landside solutions, ranging from plots with ready infrastructure, large industrial units, workshops, and built-to-suit facility developments. The airside area includes a taxiway and aprons suitable for wide-body and narrow-body aircrafts, coming from Al Maktoum International Airport, leading to 9 Code F and 32 Code C plots. It also features Line Maintenance Units to support airside operators, including FBOs, providing them with a direct access to clients. While the landside solutions include an Aerospace Supply Chain Cluster which caters to engine shops, component and landing gear MROs, and workshop solutions, in addition to a Suppliers Complex, the first vertical aerospace complex in the region for companies requiring light industrial space to enable them to set up their facilities easily and quickly.

Over 70% of infrastructure has been completed at MBRAH, with additional developments being added due to the demand on aviation-related services and the growth of the sector.
